GDC Return & Exchange Policy
Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. Return Period & Product Condition
Returns are not accepted for any items received more than 3 days after delivery, or if the product has been opened, used, or its packaging (such as tape or box) has been removed or damaged.
2. Product Exchange
Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept exchanges for different items. Please ensure your selection is correct before placing your order.
3. Damaged Items During Delivery
We recommend inspecting your items carefully upon delivery to ensure there is no damage before signing or accepting the parcel. Once the order has been signed for or accepted, we will not be responsible for any damage or issues discovered afterwards, and no return or compensation will be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased under sale, clearance, or special promotion are not eligible for returns or refunds. (Member discounts are not included in this restriction.)
5. Incorrect or Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging as received.
6. Out-of-Stock or Supplier Issues
If a product cannot be supplied due to manufacturer or supplier issues, the full purchase amount will be refunded. Please note that discount coupons used in the purchase will not be refunded to your account.
7. Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be issued if a product cannot be supplied by the manufacturer or supplier. In all other cases, refunds cannot be arranged.
8. Customized Products
All custom-made products (including wallets, keychains, and wool blankets) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
