Handmade Product Notice

GutsDogCom pet scarves and selected accessories are individually cut, sewn, assembled or finished by hand. Small differences between pieces are part of their handmade character.

Normal handmade characteristics

• Slight differences in stitching, thread finishing or seam alignment
• Small differences in symmetry or decorative placement
• Different placement of printed motifs
• Minor variation in texture, colour or fabric grain
• Small measurement differences within the reasonable tolerance shown on the product page

These characteristics are acceptable only where they are minor and do not materially affect safety, comfort, fastening, durability, overall appearance or intended use.

What is not treated as normal handmade variation

• Broken or unusable fasteners
• Sharp edges, exposed components or unsafe construction
• Open seams, major holes or serious stitching failure
• Major stains, contamination or damage present on arrival
• Missing parts or incorrect personalisation caused by us
• Substantial asymmetry or a material size error outside the stated tolerance
• Any issue that materially affects safety, comfort, durability, appearance or normal use

Handmade does not mean defective. Contact guts@gutsdog.com with your order number and clear photographs or video if you believe an issue goes beyond normal handmade variation.
