Shipping & Delivery｜運送及配送

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility are calculated using the order value after discounts. The final shipping option and charge shown at checkout are authoritative.

所有訂單均由香港寄出。運費及免運資格按折扣後訂單金額計算，最終運送方式及收費以結帳頁顯示為準。

Order Processing｜訂單處理時間

• In-stock items｜現貨： normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Pre-order / handcrafted items｜預訂／手工製作： normally require 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
• If one order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order is normally shipped together when all items are ready unless a separate arrangement is agreed.

Processing time is separate from courier transit time. Public holidays, peak seasons and custom work may extend the preparation period.

The rates below apply to the discounted order value. Orders that meet the stated threshold qualify for free shipping. Europe uses a live carrier-calculated rate at checkout.

Singapore Delivery｜新加坡配送

Tracked shipping to Singapore is HK$52 when the discounted order value is below HK$660, and free on orders of HK$660 or above. Delivery timing remains subject to customs and courier conditions.

新加坡訂單折扣後金額未滿 HK$660 時，追蹤運費為 HK$52；滿 HK$660 即免運。送達時間仍視乎海關及速遞安排。

International Orders｜海外訂單

• All prices and final payments are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Overseas card issuers normally convert the charge into the cardholder’s local currency.
• Customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather, remote-area surcharges and courier operations.
• Please enter a complete delivery address and phone number so Shopify can display the available shipping methods accurately.
