Currency and payment

Unless checkout states otherwise, prices and payments are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Your card issuer may convert the amount and charge its own currency-conversion fee.

Shipping

Current standard tracked shipping to Singapore is HK$52, with free shipping on orders of HK$660 or above after discounts. Checkout is the final source of truth. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs and courier operations.

Import charges

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for applicable import tax, customs, clearance or local handling charges imposed by authorities or carriers.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and clear photographs or video. Where a replacement or remake is approved because of a verified fault, transit damage, incorrect item or GutsDogCom error, GutsDogCom pays the standard replacement shipping cost in full. Lower-value items normally do not need to be returned. Where a valid return is reasonably required, GutsDogCom bears the reasonable standard return shipping cost.

Handmade products

Minor handmade differences are normal only where they do not materially affect safety, comfort, fastening, durability, overall appearance or intended use. Serious defects are not treated as normal handmade variation.
