The story of GutsDogCom begins with a very special dog named Guts.
Guts was the first furry companion of our founder, Shirley Yeung. It all started with a simple wish: Shirley wanted to find the perfect outfits for Guts—something that would make him look dashing while capturing precious, picture-perfect moments in their everyday life. However, finding the right fit in the market wasn't always easy, and like many pets, Guts wasn't a huge fan of bulky clothes. This inspired us to design pet bandanas that are effortlessly stylish and, most importantly, incredibly comfortable to wear.
GutsDogCom’s very first creations were our signature tuxedo bandanas and hats. Options for boy dogs have always been limited, so we wanted to create styles that look sharp without making them feel restricted. The idea for the hats also came from a place of love—designed to shield Guts from the sun, making daily walks and photo shoots much more enjoyable.
Fast forward to 2026, and Guts is now a happy 14-year-old senior! The time we get to spend with our fur babies is never long enough. That is why we truly believe every dress-up session, every snapshot, and every festive look can turn into a cherished, lifelong memory between owners and their pets.
Designed in Hong Kong, GutsDogCom is fueled by pure passion. Although our founder, Shirley Yeung, doesn't come from a traditional design background, her obsession with fabrics, styling, and fine details is what drives the brand. From fabric selection and sizing to comfort, ease of wear, and how it looks on camera—every single piece is thoughtfully crafted to balance aesthetics with a pet's ultimate comfort.
We specialize in small-batch production, offering a curated selection of pet bandanas, apparel, hats, and holiday-themed outfits. Many of our designs are versatile enough not just for dogs, but also for cats and even some bunnies!
